CDG International

With a solid market and managing capabilities in Venezuela, CDG’s second generation encouraged the company’s expansions to international markets.

In the 1980s, CDG expanded to the United States, specializing in the Southeast where it acquired over 300 acres of commercial and residential properties in cities like Miami, North Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Coconut Creek, Margate, Pompano Beach, Del Rey, Jupiter, Orlando and other cities for the development of both commercial and residential real estate assets.

In the early 1990s, the company soon expandied to other markets, acquiring controlling stakes in companies of South America, the United States and the Caribbean.

Since then, the company has expanded into other sectors like Education, Finance, Telecommunication, and Private Equity, where it owns controlling stakes of some of the most prestige corporations, institutions, and education companies.
